sfw only but I will negotiate spicy/suggestive. I just wont do anything explicit nor full nudity.
i only do waist up, knees up, bust, & portraits (though, i am willing to draw more of the body if the pose we discussed calls for more. i.e. they are sitting or something similar.)
commissions will have simple painted background or flat color if you choose so. please provide me with references for your background.
i will accept drawing your ocs but please provide me with plenty of references. even if it is a self drawn sketch mixed with written description. Please never be ashamed to show me your sketches. I'm not here to judge or ridicule anyone's artistic ability this is just for informational purposes!
if you have an fc for your oc, feel free to provide me with references of your fc. If you have had previous commissions done of your FC, please feel free to send them to me so I get an idea of their visuals. However, if your OC was designed by another artist, please let me know the artist's handle so I could credit them for the original design.
no complicated armor, mechanics, or furries/animals (no hate, i just don’t know how to draw that at the moment.)
for poses please provide me with references, while images are preferred, i definitely will accept written descriptions and personal sketches. Stick figures included!
I will not, however, accept other people's art as a reference. You may send me my own art if you want a specific style that I have done before or a similar pose.
Please let me know if you want a canon accurate depiction of a character especially, if it is a character I regularly draw with my own headcanons.
Working schedule:
I only work on your commission during regular business days from 8am to 3pm EST (Mon-Fri)
I only start drawing after payment is received. This is non-negotiable.
you may send me a request for a commission during the weekend and we can discuss it but i wont send invoices/start work until monday.
if payment is received after 3pm on a business day I will start work the next day.
please give me at least 14 business days to complete your commission.
**Please note: time between correspondence during updates will affect the time it takes to complete your piece. (i.e. If I send you an update on monday and you respond on a thursday.) I do not continue working until you OK the update.
What to expect during the commission process:
First of all, you are free to email me with your commission request or questions regarding commissions at any time or without intent to order a commission in that moment. I will work with you and answer any questions you may have. If you decide you would like a commission we will first discuss what it is you are looking for, the poses, the characters and all the details for your commission. I will do my best to ensure I understand so we are both on the same page. However, if I feel I cannot do your commission for whatever reason, I will let you know and the process will end there. You are more than welcome to email me again at a later date with a different commission request.If I have agreed to take on your commission, I will send you a paypal invoice. Once you have paid, I will begin the process of starting your commission. To start, I will work on a sketch for your commission. If I have several ideas for your chosen pose (like different angles or positioning) I may send you thumbnails and we can go with the one of your choosing. In the situation of a thumbnail, I will then send you an update with a rough sketch. You are free to ask for adjustments or changes at this point. Including a change of pose if this is not to your liking.After the sketch, I will work on blocking in the values or flat colors depending on the art style of your choosing. and I will provide you with an update once I feel enough progress has been made. At this stage, you are free to ask for adjustments again. Any changes to clothes, facial expressions, accessories or things in the background. If it is something I can change immediately, I will provide you with an update at the next stage. If it is something a little more integral to the piece like expressions, I will provide you with an update as soon as I can before I move on.After that, I will update again before the piece is nearly done. It will be during the stage when I am rendering and adjusting details. I will ask you again if you would like any changes to your piece. If you do, I will work on making the changes for the final update.
When I am done with your commission I will email you again with the final and ask you one last time if you would like changes. If all is well, I will let you keep the full rez image provided in the email. If you asked for adjustments I will send you the updated file as soon as I am done.I will post your commission to twitter, tumblr, or bluesky. If you would prefer I keep your commission private please let me know and I will refrain from posting it. I will, by default, keep commissions anonymous and only state they were commissions in the post, I will not attach your handle unless you give me permission to tag you or mention you. In that case, please let me know which handle you would like me to use in reference to you.
